Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Ref. 16013
Rolex Datejust 16013 in very fine condition. Case still has it's brushed finish with defined lines. Bracelet isn't overstretched and the bezel has it's original definitions. Only one small remark is the chip in the plexi which has been polished out at the 2 o'clock mark.
Although two tone Rolex’s, the steel and gold combination, is already seen in the early days of the brand this watch very reminiscent of the 80’s. Many brands featured two tone case designs in this era where “Video killed the Radio Star”. A watch seen in cinema on Christian Bale as Patrick Bateman in American Psycho or Val Kilmer as “Iceman” in Top Gun.
